The company was founded in November 2021 from the merger of two historic precision engineering businesses: Meccanica Baudano S.p.A. and T.I.R S.p.A., with a combined heritage of over one hundred years of experience.

The company operates across two production facilities in Villarbasse, in the Province of Turin, covering a total area of 7.000 m², ensuring operational continuity and the ability to respond quickly to fluctuations in demand.                                                            It manufactures precision turned and milled metal components from bar stock, supporting customers from quotation to delivery, including any heat and surface treatments through a qualified network of partners.

The product offering is completed by a dedicated line for the design and assembly of hydraulic cylinders for the marine sector.
