Production is carried out on CNC twin-spindle automatic lathes with fixed headstock or sliding headstock, as well as on multi-spindle lathes, both mechanical and CNC-controlled.

The machine park allows machining of a wide range of diameters from Ø3 mm up to Ø65 mm, with the possibility of handling larger diameters as well, and enables fulfillment of orders ranging from production batches of 500 parts up to 1.000.000 parts.

The range of machinable materials includes all the most common materials: free-cutting steels, alloy steels, stainless steels, bronze, brass and aluminum.
